The choice of the day is left to the person receiving the gift. This gift is valid for <strong>1 year<\/strong> from the date of purchase.<\/li>\n<li>Once the flight date is established with <strong>Airona<\/strong>, it can be changed by mutual agreement with <strong>Airona<\/strong>, as long as it is done at least <strong>7 days before<\/strong> the balloon flight.<br \/>\nCanceling the reservation less than <strong>7 days before<\/strong> the flight results in the loss of the ticket.<\/li>\n<li>No returns are accepted.<\/li>\n<li>Children under <strong>6 years old<\/strong> and pregnant women cannot fly in a hot air balloon. In case of pregnancy, the validity of the gift ticket is extended by <strong>9 months<\/strong>, upon prior notification to <strong>AIRONA<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Anyone who does not show up at the meeting point at the scheduled time on the day of the balloon ride will lose their right to fly and will not be able to change the flight date or receive a refund.<\/li>\n<li>The balloon ticket includes:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Participation in the balloon setup<\/li>\n<li><strong>1-hour<\/strong> balloon flight<\/li>\n<li>Toast with cava and truffles<\/li>\n<li>Photographic report<\/li>\n<li>360\u00ba video<\/li>\n<li>Insurance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>If, due to weather conditions, the activity cannot take place on the chosen date, <strong>AIRONA<\/strong>, in mutual agreement with you, will find another date to perform the balloon ride. No refund will be given for this reason.<\/li>\n<li><strong>AIRONA<\/strong> reserves the right to cancel a balloon flight in advance due to weather conditions or if the minimum number of passengers (four passengers for airworthiness reasons) is not reached. In this case, another date will be offered.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><strong>FLIGHT CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENTS<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>We will call you on the mobile phone number you provided <strong>24 hours before<\/strong> the activity to confirm that the weather is favorable. During this call, we will also confirm the meeting point and the exact time.<\/li>\n<li>Payment for the balloon flight can be made via <strong>bank transfer<\/strong> or <strong>credit card<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>The prices on our website include <strong>VAT<\/strong> and <strong>accident insurance<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><strong>CANCELLATION OF THE FLIGHT<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>If, due to weather conditions, the activity cannot take place on the chosen date, <strong>AIRONA<\/strong>, in mutual agreement with you, will find another date for the balloon ride. No refund will be given for this reason.<\/li>\n<li>It is the responsibility of the pilot to decide at any time the direction of the flight and, if necessary, to land early or cancel the flight before it starts due to weather conditions.<\/li>\n<li>We do not cover any costs incurred by the cancellation of the flight.<\/li>\n<li>The ticket will remain valid for <strong>1 year<\/strong> from the date of purchase. If you have made <strong>4 unsuccessful attempts<\/strong> due to bad weather conditions during the validity year, your ticket will be renewed for another year at no extra cost to you.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><strong>RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE SERVICE: CONDITIONS AND PROCEDURE<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Once the service has been contracted, the <strong>Client<\/strong>, if considered a consumer, has a period of <strong>14 days<\/strong> to exercise their <strong>right of withdrawal<\/strong>. If the <strong>Client<\/strong> decides to withdraw, <strong>Airona<\/strong> will refund the amount paid, using <strong>bank transfer<\/strong> within the legally established period.<\/li>\n<li>To request withdrawal, the <strong>Client<\/strong> must send an email to <strong><a rel=\"noopener\">info@aironaglobus.com<\/a><\/strong> within the indicated period. In the subject of the email, they must specify the word &#8220;withdrawal&#8221; and the reservation number, and in the body of the email, clearly state their intention to withdraw from the contracted service.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><strong>REQUIREMENTS FOR TAKING A BALLOON FLIGHT<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>We are not qualified to confirm your physical ability to take a balloon flight. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically fit to fly in a hot air balloon.<\/li>\n<li>For safety reasons, <strong>pregnant women<\/strong> cannot fly. Additionally, it is <strong>forbidden to fly under the influence of alcohol or drugs<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>For safety reasons, the maximum recommended weight per passenger is <strong>95 kg<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><strong>AGE RESTRICTIONS FOR FLYING: CHILD SAFETY<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>It is not recommended to fly with <strong>children under 6 years old<\/strong> for safety reasons.
